All of the sites I used to use that gave a name and/or address for FREE are now all charging a fee. I am looking for an ALL FREE reverse phone look-up site that is SAFE and will provide me with a name and/or address for the phone number…THANKS

free sites will only show information for listed land lines. unlisted numbers or cell phones will not be included in free sites.
I have used reverse phone detective and it is pretty cheap

anywho and whitepages will do it for free if it's a listed landline. If it's a cell phone number, you will have to use a paid service.
I found a site that is accurate. There is a small fee that you will have to pay, though.
But it's well worth it.

Problem is if you are looking for a cell phone number then you will probably have a hard time finding a free site. I usually use http://www.whotheheckcalledme.com as it is very reliable.
