I need to know if there is a 100% free cell phone look up. I don't need to know where they live or what they do for a living. I just want to know the person's name. is there any way i can go about doing this? 100% free without having to pay even the littlest amount of money to see the person's name?

Not for cellular numbers. I have spent the last 3 months researching and testing public record sites including reverse phone lookup services and the only time they offer a free search is on publicly listed phone numbers. The reason is they have to pay the cell companies (like AT&T) for access to that information so they charge the end user.
The reason it is not fee has nothing to do with the reverse phone lookup sites… it is because cell phone companies do not publicize their phone listings. Probably because they make a ton of money selling that info!!! You can learn more at http://www.CompleteReviews.net/reversephonelookup.html

You can't reverse lookup cell phone numbers for free. You have to use a paid site.
