free reverse phone look up sites just offer very minimal information. i guess you have to pay for a small amount for more extensive information.
the paid information would include the following:
Owner name and address
Household members
People search results
go to this website, you can try running their number on their site, it will instantly give the state where the phone is located.

Try "411.ca or .com" depending in what country ( US or Can ) you live in. But, they should give you some results.

For cell phone, the answer is no. You will have to pay for it. The reason you have to pay is because the sites that give you the information has to pay for it, too.
That’s why the free sites can’t help you.
I found a site that is paid (it’s cheap, though). And the information they provide is accurate.
