I have been trying to look up my this guy who txted my cell a few months ago and said some pretty harsh and threatening words. I have been to all the free reverse phone number look up sites, but I have no money to spend on getting the report to find out the guy’s name. I was told that there is a site that you can do a free reverse phone number search on for all number that will give you the name of the person who owns the phone number. I was kinda wondering where is it?

There’s no site - PERIOD - where you can do a reverse cell phone lookup.

There are many sites where you can do free reverse phone searches. One very common one is http://www.whitepages.com. This only works for landlines that are published. For cell phones it will only tell you the carrier and the area. For landlines that are non-published they will tell you that it is non-published and the area.

Well, there a quite a few and what they do is cross reference the phone number you are looking for in relation to the national and local telephone directories. This can be kinda hard sometimes if you are looking for something that is unlisted or a corporate number or something. Other times you will only have to pay a small fee (1-15 dollars) to get a really detailed report.
Here is a link to a good how to reverse phone lookup article on this that might provide you with some information to help you:

Honestly you were told bad information. I have spent the last 7 months researching and testing reverse phone lookup sites for a consumer review site (http://www.CompleteReviews.net ) and I found that the only way you get this kind of service for free is if it would also be found in a local copy of a phone book. Cell phone numbers as well as unlisted numbers are made available at a substantial fee to background check services who, in turn, create search sites for the public.
I personally do not understand why cell phones at least are not included in a public and free listing… guess they are greedy for more money!
I know you said you didn’t have money for this but I will at least give you a link to the review site I test for so that, if it comes to a point where you feel you must take action against this person (and thus need to discover who they are), you will be able to know you have a tested, reliable service and not some scam site. http://www.CompleteReviews.net/reversephonelookup.html
I really hope you can work this out. If you have any questions for me, just use shoot me an email at support@completereviews.net.
Good luck!
