You can go to http://www.anywho.com and click on reverse lookup but it only works on landlines not cell phones.

If you want to look up a listed landline, you can use whitepages. If you want to reverse look up cell phone numbers, then you will have to use a paid site.
I found one that is accurate and well worth the money.

No real free reverse cell phone lookups.
I recommend you http://findcaller.net - you will get name, address and any other additional information that is available for that number.

As the others have said there are no free CELLPHONE look up services although you can do a once off number look up for less than $10 if your curiosity is getting the better of you.
