  Hi there…..

  Try calling 108 or 104 from your phone , give them that number and ask them the address. But you have got to find out whether that is a home phone or a mobile ( flexy ), and sometimes too, the address is not registered.

  What do you mean, you’re trying to figure out where the caller is from? There’s really no way to do that, cause the you only have the city’s code (021).. (unless, the person got GPS and you’re some high-tech whiz who can hack into some satellite or something)

  although, i have friends in th Tebet area whose phone numbers start with 98.. but nowadays when people can pay to have their own customized-ish numbers and all the newly developed areas, who knows anymore. used to be the first 3 numbers actually mean something ;(

  Only thing left to do is ask the person.
