dial *69 if you have the call back option…
It will call back the person that just called you…unless they have a block on it.
If it is serious you can call the phone company and file a complaint and they will track the call even if it is a private number and give it to the police.

Do you have caller ID?
If you don't, I suggest you get it. Then you can look up who they are by using reverse directory on switchboard.com or other sites.
Otherwise, you can dial *69 to call back (only works with some types of non-governmental, traceable numbers), or if it keeps happening, call the phone company or look in your local phone book in the first few pages for directions on how to trace and report harassing calls.
