At 1:20am someone called my cell phone and woke me up, but I didn't get to it in time. They left a voice mail (not meaning to from the sound of it), and I think I know who did it, but when I called the number back (which I didn't recognize the number) they answered and hung up. I want to know who called me at 1:20am without having to pay for the information….Is there any way to do this?

There's no way you can get information on a cell phone number for free. If it's a listed land line, you can get it for free.
The best thing to do is use a reverse lookup directory. I found a site that works. And the information they give is accurate. It's a paid site, though.
