    I'm not sure what bsnl is, but try going to http://www.whitepages.com they have it where you can type a name and find the phone number.

    Just check your cities Telephone directory the large book contains all the Names,addresses and telephone numbers of those living in the city…

    Or just call the BSNL help line number and ask for telephone no.
    by providing the names and address.

    Visit bsnl.co.in
    select search telephone directory.
    select map search or state wise search and move on and find it.
