Yes they work. I found one that gave accurate information. You have to be careful because some of the sites out there try to overcharge. The one I found was cheap.

There aren’t any free ways to find out who a cell phone number belongs to.
They charge you because the directories have to pay for that information. I found a site that gives great information on the cell phone owner.
It’s a paid site, though. It’s worth it if you really need the information.
