I am about to purchase a reverse phone call to find out who has been prank calling me. All I need is the name. My dad informed that I could spend the money and it could just come up as "Name: Cellphone" and not actually give you the name. Do you think this is the case?

    This could be a possibility. You may be able to find out who it is, but only if the caller’s number isn’t blocked. If the caller’s number is blocked, then there is a message that says to them, "please hang up and dial with an unblocked number." I remember my friends family had one. Contact your telephone provider, and they will be willing to help you to get caller id. Hope you find out who these bored people are.
