If you feel threatened by it call your local police it could be taken as a death threat. they will be able to help you.

Call the FBI they will be able to help. They specialize in this type of thing

Uh, were you considering taking a stroll through the place? Lots of surprises likely at any time, although I'd call back ask about that last bit about worse than death. Could be bad poetry reading or something else hideous.
