I know this question has been asked here before by doing a simple search, but none of the answers are helpful. I’ve used http://anywho.com/rl for years but that website is for landlines only.

I think you can try reverse phone look up. There is a trial offer and then you have to pay if you want to use their services!

There aren’t any free sites that will reverse look up a cell phone number. They will only do listed landlines, like you have already stated.
I found a site that will work. It’s a paid site, though. So it may not be what you’re looking for.

You can’t use a free site to get information on a cell phone. You can try. But it won’t work.
You will have to use a paid site. But it’s worth it if you really need information on that number.
