Is there any where I can find out information for a phone number? I want to find the name tied to the number, but every website charges you for that information. I don't want to address, etc. I just want the name.

I'm still trying to locate Melody Chan. We were to meet in 2006. I'm a former Phila. detective so I know how to find people, unfortunately, not her. I thank all the people who responded, even the ones with the wise-ass answers. Again, she left Manila in 2006 as a nurse in training. She somehow ended up in a Toronto prison. I am very concerned for her safety and need to be contacted by someone that really knows that she is allright. PLEASE!

At 1:20am someone called my cell phone and woke me up, but I didn't get to it in time. They left a voice mail (not meaning to from the sound of it), and I think I know who did it, but when I called the number back (which I didn't recognize the number) they answered and hung up. I want to know who called me at 1:20am without having to pay for the information….Is there any way to do this?

i had a friend txt that number to find out who it was. he pretend to be some girl named "liz". but then the person txt back saying their name was liz too. i think they're lying.
