a local cell phone number has been calling me that i don't recognize.
is there anyway to find out who that number belongs to on the internet with out paying any money?
i have been on a few websites but in order to find out the persons name i have to become a member and pay, and i dont want that.
anyone know of any free sites to get this information?

I found a razer t-mobile phone a year ago. There was no sim card in it. I would like to use it as a prepaid cell what do I need to do to get a phone number and get it working?
the family is very poor and cant afford anything. So yeah i get the basic information, the phone repeated, the city, the state, the country but what i need is there address, the real address, like the mailing address. HOW DO YOU DO THIS FOR FREE? Help asap please. Best Regards

I just checked an older paper phonebook but it had their old house address and they have moved since…with apprently a different number. Is there any other resource that i can use to find their phone number?
